3 BOOBS BREWING MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Effective upon public launch | These terms govern Rookie, Apprentice, Beer Snob, and Black Diamond memberships.


1. ACCOUNT, AGE & USE
Membership is issued to one named person age 21 or older, is nontransferable, and has no cash value. Valid identification and the member account may be required. Benefits are available only when the named member is present. The brewery may refuse or stop alcohol service for safety, responsible-service, licensing, or legal reasons.


2. BILLING, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Monthly memberships renew automatically each month using the payment method on file. There is no minimum commitment. A member may cancel before the next renewal date; cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a prorated refund. Membership charges, tumbler charges, Black Diamond payments, spouse add-ons, and redeemed benefits are nonrefundable except where required by law.


3. PERSONALIZED TUMBLERS
Each monthly member may purchase one personalized 20 oz tumbler for a one-time $25 charge and keep it. Each spouse add-on has a separate $25 tumbler charge. Black Diamond includes one personalized black 20 oz tumbler per named account. Production time may apply. Replacement tumblers are charged at the then-current price. Beer is served only in a vessel and manner permitted by brewery sanitation and service policy.


4. BEER BENEFITS & SERVING SIZE
Beer benefits and the $1 member discount may be used on any beer currently on tap, subject to availability and applicable law. The brewery's standard serving size for the selected beer controls; the 20 oz-for-16 oz benefit applies only when that beer is offered in a 20 oz serving. Included member beers are paid membership benefits, not free-drink promotions. Benefits will not be applied if doing so would violate licensing, responsible service, or minimum price requirements.


5. REDEMPTION SCHEDULE

6. TIMING & ROLLOVER
A billing month runs from one renewal date to the next. A calendar week runs Monday through Sunday; a calendar day ends at closing. Birthday rewards may be redeemed once during the member's birthday month. Unused included beers and birthday rewards expire, do not roll over, may not be transferred, and may not be exchanged for cash or another benefit.


7. SPOUSE ADD-ONS
A spouse add-on creates a separate named account for one spouse age 21 or older. The spouse receives the same individual beer, birthday, pricing, and discount benefits as the primary member's tier. Each account has its own redemption limits. Black Diamond spouse accounts share the primary member's fermenter name, table recognition, and other household recognition benefits.

7A. BEER SNOB LOGO GROWLER
Each named Beer Snob account receives one complimentary empty 2 L (67.6 fl oz) 3 Boobs Brewing logo growler .  The beer fill is not included. The growler has no cash value, is not replaceable if lost or damaged, and may be picked up when available.  A separately enrolled Beer Snob spouse account receives its own growler.


8. DISCOUNTS
Discounts apply to qualifying purchases made by the named member. Discounts do not stack with each other or with promotions, packages, happy-hour pricing, private events, catering, taxes, gratuities, gift cards, or outside-vendor items. To-go discounts apply only to beer sold by 3 Boobs Brewing in authorized containers; container deposits or vessel charges are excluded. The brewery may exclude an item when a discount would violate law or sell alcohol below a permitted price.


9. BLACK DIAMOND LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP

GROWLER UPDATE: Each named Black Diamond account receives one complimentary empty 2 L (67.6 fl oz) logo growler; the beer fill is not included. A separately enrolled Black Diamond spouse account receives its own empty growler
Only seven primary Black Diamond memberships will be sold. 'Lifetime' means the lifetime of the named member while 3 Boobs Brewing continues operating under its current ownership and offering on-premise beer service. Benefits end upon the member's death and are not inheritable or transferable. VIP parking is available only when a designated space is open. Table recognition does not guarantee an available or permanently reserved table except for an eligible event reservation confirmed by the brewery.


10. CONDUCT, CHANGES & TERMINATION
The brewery may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, sharing, abuse, harassment, unsafe conduct, chargebacks, payment failure, or violation of brewery policy, without refund to the extent permitted by law. The brewery may make reasonable operational or legally required changes to benefits, redemption procedures, hours, products, or these terms. Material changes will be posted at 3boobsbrewing.com/membership-terms.
